The construction of the clubhouse was completed in July 2021.
Final Layout Permission of HMDA was granted in May 2019 on completion of all infrastructure needs of the Members as per HMDA requirements.
Completion of the Roads, Parks, Infrastructure Facilities like water supply and underground Electrical cabling.
HMDA mortgage plots has been released.
Most of the Members have registered the plots.
Club House, including Swimming pool and Shuttle indoor court, permission has been applied to HMDA and is expected to be granted by mid July.
The construction of Club House will start no sooner after the HMDA permission and is expected to be completed by July 2020.
HMDA Application submitted on 9 May 2015 for layout permission was approved on 23 December, 2015.
The Layout was re-submitted on 20 Jan, 2016, replacing EWS and LIG plots with regular plots as per GO-10 of 05.01.2016.

4th Annual General Meeting at Alankrita site on 6 March 2016, started with a 1 minute silence in memory of Late Mr. C.Lokraj, a Senior Member who expired on 9.12.2015.
ALFA President welcomed members and representatives and their families. He briefly explained the history of the project, challenges faced and present status. President thanked the Landlord Sri.Ajay Raju and especially all the ALFA members for their interest and co-operation, without which the present status would not be possible.
Secretary Mr.P.Dileep gave the present development status and statutory status. He said that our application for open layout is with HMDA since April 2015 with several queries in between. The blocks and roads are marked; land meant for hypothecation to HMDA is fenced with barbed wire etc. He assured the members the layout permission from HMDA is expected within 2 months and the planned development with start immediately after that.
Explanation of procedure of draw of lots for Plots was explained by Mr. Venkat Reddy. President and Secretary have conducted the draw of lots for allotment of plots as explained by Mr.Venkat Reddy (Subjected to HMDA approval) . Members split for Lunch and then followed by site visit. Members went round the site. Mr.Venkat Reddy gave a brief on the proposed development.
Open house was conducted by President and Secretary. Members actively participated and suggestions were noted by ALFA team.
Mr.Anirudh thanked members and families for attending. He recognized the presence of guests who included Deputy Commissioner of Police (traffic) Mr.A.V. Ranganath IPS, Telangana, CREDAI President Mr.Dasharath Reddy and Mr.Swamy of SS Associates and their valuable contributions .
