We the members of Alankritha Friends Association, a consisting of CBIT MecH 7983 Batch mates, (Founders of Chaitanya Smuriti , a Alumni body of CBIT Gandipet) and their Friends selected the ideal site following advantages:
1. It’s an environmental friendly Nonprofit housing project, as the Reserve forest of around 2500 acres on two sides is in the close proximity. Most happening people, with a flair for quality living have founded this project in Munirabad Village, just beyond Kompally.
2. Faster access both from Bowenpally and Shameerpet by the existing Roads and Access to any part of Hyderabad by the ORR ( Paradise to the Site is 21 Kms). From our site , the proposed Butterfly junction ( coordinates 17 35 57 84 deg N, 7829 33 30 deg E) of ORR inter-section NH7 is approx 2 KMS. The Google Earth picture attached is of May 2010 but there is drastic change in the ORR near our site. The service road and underpass are fully completed.
3. Free from noise, air and water pollution as no industries are in the vicinity.
4. Water table is good due to tanks in the vicinity and also the reserved Forest Area. In our proposed site there are two agricultural bore wells has a good water source at the depth of 150 ft is existing.
5. Topography of the land is almost leveled.
We are a 150 Member strong as off date and are looking forward to invite few more members to join this group.
A serene environment of like‐minded citizens who are now being invited to participate in this will have their future living amidst nature and would give this site a new dimension and makes their living comfortable. It is decided that as per the bye‐laws of the Association, the membership to this project is strictly by invitation.
